Zendial AI provides AI-powered voice and chat assistants that automate business workflows including lead qualification, appointment booking, event management, and customer service. Our services are provided “as is” and are subject to availability.

3. Use of Demo Services

Our demo services are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. By using the demo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requested
• Not use the demo for harassment, spam, or any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI assistants
• Not trigger excessive demo calls (rate limits apply)

4. Subscription Plans

Paid subscription plans are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Pricing is listed in Nigerian Naira (\u20A6) and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and branding on this website are owned by Zendial AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zendial AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Termination
